The JEA recognizes Wellness as a multi-dimensional and holistic process that seeks to develop one's full self. We will offer programs that are designed to encourage participants to live a life of awareness, self-acceptance, intentionality, interconnectedness, meaning, and purpose. We believe that Wellness, at its core, is living your life consciously in the ways that improve your health and well-being.
