We are introducing NEW Small Group Training classes to our Health & Wellness Department. Interested in personal training but don’t want to pay the full price? These classes average at about $25 - $30 per hour while JEA personal training averages $45 - $55 per hour. These are different from regular group fitness classes as you will work out with the same group of people each week and each class will build upon the previous week. Even though it is in a group setting, your individual goals will still be the main focus of the classes and you will leave class feeling like it was built just for you. What are you waiting for? Class Offerings:

Women’s Weightlifting Class

Mondays and Wednesdays 6-7am

Check out this Women’s ONLY Weightlifting class that will focus on weightlifting technique and building muscle. Whether you are a first time weightlifter wanting to learn basic technique or a seasoned lifter wanting to get stronger, this class will fit your needs! This class also covers weightlifting safety and proper spotting technique so that you will feel confident on your own in the weightroom by the end of the 4-week session. All fitness levels are welcome in this judgement free class.

Kickboxing & Cardio Combo Class

Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-7am

Want to work on your eye-hand coordination, speed, and agility while also burning calories and increasing muscle tone? Then this class is the right fit for you! You will learn a variety of kickboxing movements throughout this 4-week session and will incorporate them into a full-body toning workout. You will find yourself feeling stronger with increased coordination and improved cardiovascular endurance by the end of the 4-week session. All fitness levels are welcome in this judgment free class.

$200 for JEA Members

$240 for JEA Guests per package
 

All packages include a 4-week session with two (2) 1-hour classes per week.

There will be NO make-up sessions or refunds for missed classes.
