Sam Glenn
Coach Sam Glenn holds a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience and Biochemistry and is certified through ISSA as a personal trainer, bodybuilding specialist, health coach, and nutritionist. Currently continuing his education with the goal of becoming a physical therapist, Sam brings a strong scientific foundation and a results‑driven approach to every client he works with.

He supports individuals in physical rehabilitation, body optimization, physique development, nutrition guidance, and overall wellness. Sam’s blend of academic expertise, hands‑on coaching experience, and ongoing professional growth allows him to help clients move better, feel stronger, and reach their full potential.

David Collison
David Collison has been a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor for over 25 years. Passionate about helping individuals achieve healthier and more active lifestyles, he works with a diverse client base that includes young athletes, young adults, and seniors—many of whom have trained with him for years. Each program is carefully tailored to the client’s ability, strength level, and personal health and fitness goals. His training methods incorporate a dynamic blend of weight training, powerlifting, cross training, kickboxing, and high-intensity workouts, customized to match each client’s interests and capabilities.

Before beginning his personal training career, David served as an instructor with the 175th Ranger Battalion, Army Rangers, bringing discipline, resilience, and leadership skills into the fitness environment.

Chelsea Gagliano
Chelsea Gagliano has been instructing group fitness classes for eight years and is passionate about coaching because it allows her to share the tools and teachings that have been transformational in her own life. She approaches every class as a new journey, bringing 100% dedication, passion, great music, positivity, and a fresh challenge to each session. Her goal is always to help participants feel motivated, confident, proud, and strong.

A firm believer that TRX workouts are for everyone—regardless of fitness level—Chelsea holds certifications in Indoor Cycling and Group Fitness through the American Aerobic Association International and the International Sports Medicine Association. Before relocating to Savannah in 2020, she spent many years teaching TRX, cycling, and group fitness in Pennsylvania.

When she’s not in the gym, Chelsea can usually be found exploring the outdoors with her husband, two daughters, and their dog, or relaxing at the beach.

Elianna Gilenson
Elianna Gilenson is a Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, as well as credentials as an FDN-P and NTP specializing in women’s metabolic and hormone health. Originally from Florida and now based in Savannah for the past seven years, Elianna has built a reputation for helping women feel strong, balanced, and well from the inside out.

As a dedicated professional and proud Jewish mother, she combines her expertise in fitness and nutrition with a compassionate, holistic approach to wellness. Elianna’s work empowers women to take charge of their health, supporting them in achieving lasting strength, vitality, and confidence.

Katy Keyes
Teaching Yoga for 15 years, Katy is clad in additional certifications and licenses in Massage Therapy, Yoga Therapy, Personal Fitness Training, Stretching & Flexibility Coaching, and Vocal Yoga instruction.   Her specialized sessions allow her to focus on Functional Yoga; movement, alignment, and body/breath awareness with therapeutic applications.

Jacob Miranda
A former USA Boxing Coach with 8 years of boxing and mixed martial arts experience, Jacob offers instruction in boxing, kickboxing, and submission-type wrestling. Sessions can be catered to meet your needs: to get equipped with self defense basics, prepare for combat sports, or experience a challenging and exhilarating workout.

Jonalyn Lavarias
Jonalyn Lavarias is a Certified Yoga Teacher with 19 years of yoga practice and eight years of teaching experience. As a fitness enthusiast, Jonalyn also offers instruction in TRX and GlideFit—an energizing blend of yoga and HIIT on a floating board in the water. Her classes are fun, supportive, and great for all levels. Get ready to laugh, sweat, and improve balance, strength, and focus—all while floating!
