Take your traditional workout to the water with these dynamic and exciting Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Fitness Classes. These classes will challenge your balance, core strength, coordination and endurance in an entirely new way. Class offerings range from Yoga and Pilates, to strength and cardio classes. Individual Classes: $15 JEA Members, $20 JEA Guests

How to Sign-up:

  1. Purchase a package of Paddleboard Classes.
  2. Click on the fitness class sign-up page and reserve your spot in any open SUP classes.
  3. Arrive at the JEA  5 - 10 minutes prior to the start of class, check in at the front desk and head to the outdoor pool!
