Look beyond your traditional land-based strength and cardio workouts. Our GlideFIT classes take your training to the next level! You’ll balance on a floating fitness mat for yoga poses, core exercises and cardio training. GlideFIT is a new shift in the fitness industry using a floating platform for aquatic-based stability training. It’s a low-impact method of sculpting your body that also helps to improve core balance and coordination, strengthen muscles and burn calories. Our classes are geared toward a variety of goals, fitness levels and ages. How to Sign-up:

  1. Purchase a package of Glidefit Classes.
  2. Then click the Reservation button and reserve your spot in any open Glidefit class.
  3. Arrive at the JEA  5-10 minutes prior to the start of class, check in at the front desk and head to the outdoor pool!
