Camper Drop Off and Pick Up:
Regular Drop Off (Begins at 8 am): Please park your car in an available spot (please do not leave your car under the awning) and escort your child to the JEA Front Desk to sign them in. Parents/guardians must remain with the camper until a staff member is able to escort them to the program.
Early Drop Off (Begins at 7am): We now offer a new early drop off option. You may add on the early drop off when registering your camper for Days at the J for an additional $5 per day.
Pick Up: All campers will be dismissed through the front desk. Campers are able to be picked up at any time during the program day. Any person picking up a camper must be on the approved pick up list and be prepared to show ID. As staff will be assisting other campers, please be prepared to wait up to 15 minutes until there is a “natural break” for someone to escort your camper to the front desk.
Late pick up fees (after 6:00) will be assessed at a rate of $1 per minute per camper. The parent/guardian picking up will need to proceed to the front desk with a form of payment and will be required to sign a form noting the time of pick up. As a courtesy to our staff, we ask that you call the front desk to let us know if you are running late.
