Regular Drop Off (Begins at 8:00 am): Please park your car in an available parking spot (do not leave your car under the awning) and escort your child to the JEA Front Desk to sign-in. Parents/guardians must remain with the camper until a staff member is able to escort them to the program.
Early Drop Off (Begins at 7:00 am): If you need to drop your camper off prior to 8:00 am, please add the Early Drop Off option when registering. Days at the J Early Drop Off is an additional $5.00 per day.
Pick Up: All campers will be dismissed through the front desk. Campers are able to be picked up at any time during the program day. Anyone picking up a camper must be on the Authorized Pick Up List and show ID. Please be prepared to wait up to 15 minutes until there is a “natural break” for a staff member to escort your camper to the front desk.
Late pick up fees (after 6:00 pm) will be assessed at a rate of $1.00 per minute per camper. The parent/guardian picking up will need to bring a form of payment to the Front Desk, and will be required to sign a form noting the time of pick up. As a courtesy, we ask that you call the Front Desk to let us know if you are running late.
