Registration and Rates Information

Registering for Camp

In accepting your registration, JEA Camp Savannah reserves a place for your child and hires staff according to registrations paid. Please plan accordingly as we are not able to accept changes to your registration once it has been submitted. 

All registrations must be submitted online, through our website- www.savannahjea.org

Submitting Registration

All registrations must be submitted no later than 12 pm Friday prior to the week you wish for your camper to attend.  

Early Bird Registration Rate (February 15 - March 15)

The Early Bird discount is only applicable to JEA Camp Savannah’s full day camp programs. The Early Bird discount does not apply to the add-on or specialty camps. To receive the Early Bird discount, registration and payment must be completed by 11:59 pm on March 15.  

Pre-Camp Registration Rate (March 16 - June 1)

The Pre-Camp discount is only applicable to JEA Camp Savannah. The discount does not apply to add-ons or specialty camps. To receive the Pre-Camp discount, registration and payment must be completed by 11:59 pm on June 1. 

Regular Camp Rate (June 2 - July 28)

The Regular Camp rate applies to any registration submitted from June 2 through the end of camp. 

Cancellation/Refund Policy

In accepting your registration, JEA Camp Savannah reserves a place for your child and hires staff according to registrations paid. There will be no refunds given without a doctor's note.

If your camper misses three (3) or more days of camp in a row in the same week, due to a medical reason you may receive a prorated refund of that week. This requires the submission of a physician's letter, which covers the dates missed to the JEA no later than the Friday of the associated sick week. 

Switching Weeks

In accepting your registration, JEA Camp Savannah reserves a place for your child and hires staff according to registrations paid. Please plan accordingly as we are not able to switch out weeks. 

Registering for Additional Weeks

Please register for more weeks through the registration link by visiting our website- www.savannahjea.org.

Late Pick Up Fees

Late pick up fee will be assessed at a rate of $1 per minute per camper after 6 pm which will be due at the time of pick up. If you arrive after 6 pm, please park your car and proceed to the front desk with a form of payment. The parent/guardian picking up will be required to sign a form noting the time of pick up.

We will do our very best to be in constant communication with our Summer 2023 families.  Together, we will make this a meaningful and fun summer for all of our campers!
