2026 Camp Registration Policies and Procedures
Registering for Camp
In accepting your registration, JEA Camp Savannah reserves a place for your child and hires staff according to registrations paid. Please plan accordingly as we are not able to accept changes to your registration once it has been submitted.
All registrations must be submitted online, through our website.
Early Bird Registration Rate (January 28 - March 20)
The Early Bird Discount is only applicable to JEA Camp Savannah’s full day camp programs. Discounts do not apply to Mini Camps or Specialty Camps. To receive the Early Bird Discount, registration and payment must be completed by 11:59 pm on March 20.
All Early Bird registration sales are final and no credits or refunds will be given. Please see the cancellation/refund policy for more details.
Camp Registration Rate (March 21 - May 22)
The Regular Camp Rate applies to any registration submitted between 12:00 am on March 21 through 11:59 pm on May 22.
Late Registration Rate (May 23 - July 31)
Camp rates increase at 12:00 am on May 23 through the end of camp.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
In accepting your registration, JEA Camp Savannah reserves a place for your child and hires staff according to registrations paid. There will be no refunds given without a doctor's note.
If your camper misses three (3) or more days of camp in a row due to a medical reason you may receive a prorated refund of that week. A physician's letter including the dates absent is required no later than the Friday of the associated sick week, which covers the dates missed to the JEA.
Switching Weeks
When you register your child, JEA Camp Savannah reserves a place for your child and hires staff based on the number of registered children. Camp weeks are expected to reach capacity this year. If necessary, weeks can be switched up until 5pm on the Wednesday prior to the start of the week for which your child is registered. SPACE IN THE NEW WEEK IS NOT GUARANTEED. If space is available in the new week, the space in the new week will be charged at the current rate. Any difference owed between the original payment amount and the current camp rate will be automatically charged to the payment method used at registration.

Registering for Additional Weeks
Please register for more weeks through the registration link by visiting our website.
Late Pick Up Fees
Late pick up fee will be assessed at a rate of $1 per minute per camper after 6pm which will be due at the time of pick up. If you arrive after 6pm, please park your car and proceed to the front desk with a form of payment. The parent/guardian picking up will be required to sign a form noting the time of pick up.
We will do our very best to be in constant communication with our Summer 2026 families. Together, we will make this a meaningful and fun summer for all of our campers!
Inclusion Statement
Camp Savannah welcomes diversity in all forms. However, our staff members are not certified to work with campers with special needs. We will do our best to work with you and your camper should there be any accommodations your camper requires during the camp day. Should Camp Savannah not be the right fit for your camper based on their specific needs and/or accommodations, we will evaluate whether or not we are able to provide your camper with the best summer experience possible.
Discipline Statement
JEA Children’s & Camp Leadership will make decisions in the best interest of the entire camp community to ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone. Campers who are suspended or dismissed are not eligible for refunds. Please refer to the Behavior Guidelines & Discipline Policy for more information.
