In accepting your registration, JEA Camp Savannah reserves a place for your child and hires staff according to registrations paid. Please plan accordingly as we are not able to accept changes to your registration once it has been submitted.
Weekly registration closes at 6pm the Friday prior to the start of the next week of camp.
If necessary and late registration is needed the Saturday, Sunday or Monday morning of a camp week, please arrive at the JEA Front Desk on Monday morning, inform the desk that you are waiting to register and have a seat. Once carpool is over at 9:15, the Camp Registrar will attend to you concerning registration. Please do not enter the carpool lane; we will not be able to accommodate you at that time.
All registrations must be submitted online, through our website.
Early Bird Registration Rate (February 1 - March 14)
The Early Bird Discount is only applicable to JEA Camp Savannah’s full day camp programs. Discounts do not apply to Specialty or add-on camps. To receive the Early Bird Discount, registration and payment must be completed by March 14.
All Early Bird registration sales are final and no credits or refunds will be given.
Regular Camp Registration Rate (March 15 - May 19)
The Regular Camp Rate applies to any registration submitted between March 15 through May 19.
Increased Camp Rate (May 20 - July 26)
Camp rates increase after May 19 through the end of camp.

If your camper misses three (3) or more days of camp in a row due to a medical reason you may receive a prorated refund of that week. A physician's letter including the dates absent is required no later than the Friday of the associated sick week, which covers the dates missed to the JEA.
When you register your child, JEA Camp Savannah reserves a place for your child and hires staff based on the number of registered children. Camp weeks are expected to reach capacity this year. If necessary, weeks can be switched up until 5pm on the Wednesday prior to the start of the week for which your child is registered. SPACE IN THE NEW WEEK IS NOT GUARANTEED. If space is available in the new week, the space in the new week will be charged at the current rate. Any difference owed between the original payment amount and the current camp rate will be automatically charged to the payment method used at registration. Late pick up fee will be assessed at a rate of $1 per minute per camper after 6pm which will be due at the time of pick up. If you arrive after 6pm, please park your car and proceed to the front desk with a form of payment. The parent/guardian picking up will be required to sign a form noting the time of pick up.
Third Party Payment
Payment must be made at the time of registration. If, at a later date, we receive payment from a third party for the same week that has been paid, the original payer will be refunded whatever overpayment is on the account.
Check or Cash Payments
If you selected to pay by check or cash and payment is not received at the JEA Front Desk within 72 hours of registration, registration will be canceled. Choosing to use this payment method does not guarantee space availability. Once payment is received, if space is available, the registration will be completed. Email confirmation will be sent with the final registration status.
We will do our very best to be in constant communication with our Summer 2024 families. Together, we will make this a meaningful and fun summer for all of our campers!
