The Savannah Jewish Federation is hosting a benefit to help artists and art workers impacted by the recent fires in Los Angeles. The event's theme is "Tikkun Olam" which is a Jewish concept that means "repairing the world". It's a central principle of Judaism that encourages people to work towards making the world a better place.
With community support, we hope to sell as many pieces - which have been generously donated by local artists - to raise as much money as possible for The Brick's Grief and Hope Fundrasier. The JEA's Montag Gallery will display this special show and host a reception on Thursday, March 6th, 5:00 - 7:00 pm as part of the 2025 Savannah Jewish Cultural Arts Festival.
All are welcome to attend and support this cause to help creatives in the Los Angeles community rebuild their lives.
