AmiciMusic, the award-winning chamber music organization now based in Savannah, returns to the JEA with a fun and engaging program titled Jewish Broadway. Singer Cass Panuska, who recently moved to Savannah, joins pianist and Artistic Director Daniel Weiser for a toe-tapping showcase of beloved Broadway songs composed by Jewish composers.

As Sir Robin sings in Spamalot, "you won't succeed on Broadway if you don't have any Jews." Many of Broadway's early composers, including Irving Berlin, Jerome Kern, Harold Arlen, and George Gershwin, were Jewish immigrants or children of immigrants who helped shape the American musical. The program will feature favorite songs by Arlen, Gershwin, Bernstein, Sondheim, Loesser, Kern, and more.

Don't miss this wonderful afternoon of memorable Broadway music and outstanding performances!
