Pablo Picasso said, “Every Child is an Artist” and at the JEA Preschool Savannah we celebrate our children and their talent. Last year our first annual Preschool Art Bash Fundraiser was a great success!

Each child created their own canvas art which was then for sale in the gallery – of course, first rite of purchase was given to the parents. Teachers helped the students create art with many mediums including sand with watercolor, acrylic, eggshells, wood and more. Larger class projects were created that sold in a bidding war of up to $300.
This art show is not just for the parents! We invite the community to come view what the children of the JEA preschool have created and also bid on Silent Auction items donated from local artists, businesses and services. Last year’s auction had more than 70 items including pieces of art from local artists, a private aerial tour of Savannah, Gift Certificates to businesses and more.

Our goal is to raise money to improve the technology and electronics in the preschool to enrich the learning experience. Join us for the Savannah Preschool Art Bash March 10, 2016, in the Small Auditorium. Drinks and heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served.
