Andrea and Mark Mathews are a married couple living in Savannah. In 2020, during lockdown, Mark watched some videos on paint pouring. After trying the technique, they fell in love with creating art. 

Their works are varied by utilizing different types of paint and mixed media methods. Oftentimes, excess paint is removed from the canvases and cut out for necklaces. This process allows for all creations to be unique since no two strands can be identical.

Their slogans are “Art you look at, art you can wear, and art you use” also “not fine art, but fun art!” Their work has been sold at craft fairs, shop SCAD, and is currently in the gift shop at Congregation Mickve Israel.

Andrea is a sign language interpreter. She recently retired from SCAD after 26 years of service, although she still contracts with Georgia Southern University and helps with medical interpreting. Mark, a Savannah native, works for Stagefront Presentation Systems as an audio-visual installer. Two of their main passions are Dachshunds and creating art together.
