What in the world is this?
You complete 3.1 miles of walking or running on your own time within a designated time period!
Where: Wherever you want! Outside, on a treadmill, around the house, ANYWHERE!
When: You have from Friday, April 3 at 6am- Sunday, April 5 at 8pm to complete your 3.1 miles.
How does this work?: So, it’s pretty easy! Any time from Friday, April 3 at 6am- Sunday, April 5 at 8pm, you complete 3.1 miles. You can track this distance on your activity watch (Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Watch or other) or from an app on your phone, such as Nike+ Run Club, RunKeeper, MapMyRun, Strava, or any other app that you are familiar with!
You submit your final time (with a picture of your final time!) to Kirby Southerland at firstname.lastname@example.org and it will be recorded as your Official Race Time. Place winners for each age group will be announced on Monday, April 6 at 10am on our Facebook page.
